SHIPPING + RETURNS
Free Shipping, Free Exchanges, + Easy Returns in the U.S.
Sale Items (marked down on site) that are shipped within the U.S. can only be returned for store credit (price paid less $7.95 return fee).
Non-sale items with discount code applied (ie PolishedCapsule) are treated normally (see below).
Returns are accepted on all full-price unworn and unaltered items within 30 days of purchase. Each item must be in new condition, with tags still intact. Orders placed after Nov 20 will be eligible for a 45 day Holiday return window.

There are three options:
- Refund to original payment method: label provided, flat fee of $7.95.
- Store credit: label provided, free return shipping.
- Exchange: label provided, free return shipping.**
**For exchanges, new items must be within +/- $10 of the price paid of the returned item. No refunds will be processed for difference in price. In case exchanged items are not in stock, please note whether you would like a refund (less $7.95) or store credit (free). If you don't provide a preference in the online return form, then a refund (less $7.95) will be processed.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & RETURNS
- Sale items are final sale for international orders.
- By completing your order you agree to pay all customs fees, taxes, brokers fees, or other charges.
- International returns must be shipped within 30 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for paying return shipping via the carrier of choice. Please go to vettacapsule.com/returns to retrieve the unique return address.
- We recommend holding onto the tracking information, and contacting your local post office regarding taxes and duties.
- Please note we are not responsible for lost packages, international taxes, or duties.
Offers cannot be combined. Only one discount code can be used at a time.
- First time purchase discount code cannot be combined with other offers or sales. It can be saved for a second purchase, if a different discount code is used for the first purchase.
- We gladly honor a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within seven days of the purchase date. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments.
When can I expect my exchange/refund/ store credit to be processed?
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of reception. Once we have processed your return package, an email confirmation will be sent. Given the item(s) requested are in stock, we ship out exchanges within 3-5 business days of processing your request. If the items are not in stock, we will default to a refund (minus $7.95 processing fee) unless otherwise noted. Please note that refunds are processed back to the original payment method (ie gift card, Afterpay).
