RETURNS, EXCHANGES, + DISCOUNTS
RETURNSReturns are accepted on all unworn and unaltered items within 30 days of purchase. Each item must be in new condition, with tags still intact.
For U.S. orders, please go to vettacapsule.com/returns to retrieve the return label.
There are three options:
- Refund to original payment method: label provided, flat fee of $7.95.
- Store credit: label provided, free return shipping.
- Exchange: label provided, free return shipping.*
*For exchanges, new items must be within +/- $10 of the full price of the returned item. No refunds will be processed for difference in price. In case exchanged items are not in stock, please note whether you would like a refund (less $7.95) or store credit (free). If you don't provide a preference in the online return form, then a refund (less $7.95) will be processed.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & RETURNS
- By completing your order you agree to pay all customs fees, taxes, brokers fees, or other charges.
- International returns must be shipped within 30 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for paying return shipping via the carrier of choice. Please go to vettacapsule.com/returns to retrieve the unique return address.
- We recommend holding onto the tracking information, and contacting your local post office regarding taxes and duties.
- Please note we are not responsible for lost packages, international taxes, or duties.
Sale items are final sale for international orders.
Offers cannot be combined. Only one discount code can be used at a time.
- First time purchase discount code cannot be combined with other offers or sales. It can be saved for a second purchase, if a different discount code is used for the first purchase.
When can I expect my exchange/refund/ store credit to be processed?
All returns are processed within 3-5 business days of reception. Once we have processed your return package, an email confirmation will be sent. Given the item(s) requested are in stock, we ship out exchanges within 3-5 business days. If the items are not in stock, we will default to a refund unless otherwise noted. Please note that refunds are processed back to the original payment method (ie gift card, Afterpay).
What happens if I order a 5-piece capsule, but don't keep it all?
